Hello and welcome to my new blog! I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself so we can get acquainted. Photography – I have the honor of doing something that I absolutely LOVE for a living. I count my blessings every day that I am able to have a job that is so fun and inspiring. Weddings, events, portraits, advertising… my days are full of different people and venues but each job has the same goal… amazing photographs. I have been photographing people for the past 11 years and can honestly say it never gets old. Every day is different which is great (I get bored easily as you will see from my changing hair styles as these posts continue 🙂 ) and I try to keep my work fresh and inspiring by capturing every event differently. In addition to photography, I also enjoy hiking, biking, gardening, running, kayaking, boating and exploring new places. Basically anything outside where I am enjoying beautiful weather and scenery. I also enjoy all kinds of music and my husband, son and I like to listen to bands playing at festivals and vineyards on weekends I am not working. I also really enjoy movies! It is my escape for an hour or two. Besides, who can beat that movie theater popcorn?
