Deborah and Wayne celebrated with an intimate wedding in Old Town Alexandria. The ceremony was at Immanuel Lutheran and welcoming you as you walked through the door was beautiful harp music and warm hello’s from their pastor. The sanctuary was aglow from the rich yellow and orange stained glass behind a large metal cross. Vibrant red roses graced the alter. When the time came, Wayne escorted Deborah down the isle. The ceremony was simple but beautiful. Thoughtful words were spoken and more beautiful music played throughout the service. After the service we went to the Carlyle House in Old Town for their wedding portraits. So many flowers were blooming it was truly a beautiful day. One of the funniest moments was when I asked Wayne to empty out his pockets. I did not think the items were ever going to stop. He had so many things in them! I had to take a picture of the incredible amount of “stuff” he had in his pockets. It’s the last photo in this post!
