There is something so special about a new life entering the world. Especially, when it is blessing the lives of friends. Herb, Charissa and their little boy Evan, welcomed Isaac into their family this summer. He is oh so sweet and amazingly big! For having such a tiny momma Isaac is growing like a champ.
