As a mom, I get really touched when I see parents get emotional on their child’s wedding day. I think it is endearing and admire that they can be raw and real in front of friends and family. I am also an emotional parent… I cry at my children’s parent teacher conferences… Yes! I am not kidding! I chalk it up to being an artist and someone who really loves her kids with every part of my being. Kelsey and Nate are two well loved children. Their parents spilled many a tear on their wedding day as they watched, spoke and danced through the day together. One of my favorite moments was the many first looks Kelsey had with her dad and her wedding party. Her mom helped her into her gown and then her maid of honor walked into the room with her hands over her eyes to see Kelsey as a bride for the first time. Then the bridesmaids and flower girls came next. Finally her dad. What an emotional few moments! I love this idea and hope to see it at many more weddings!
