Country estates have so much charm. The textures of the stone manor house, mature grounds, secret hideaways and scenic views just touch on a few of the wonderful surprises in store for you at Murray Hill in Leesburg, VA. One of my favorite moments of the day was the first touch. Kylene and Kyle wrote letters to each other and exchanged them over an old wooden gate. Being careful not to sneak a peak at one another, they shared some very tender moments together before the day began. Kylene and Kyle were married on the grounds overlooking the Potomac River under a grand old oak tree. Afterwards, family and friends gathered around the pool for cocktails. Then, a short walk through the woods led everyone to the barn where the reception would be. Twinkle lights glowed and set off the jewel toned dresses of the bridesmaids. Love and laughter filled the air as dancing went long into the night. Being foodies, Kyle and Kylene had chosen a fantastic caterer who served up delicious treats throughout the day, complete with a dessert bar that would satisfy any sweet tooth’s cravings. The night ended with farewells and waving ribbon wands. It was a glorious day!
