We met in Northern Virginia at Green Spring Gardens Park, on a perfect spring evening, surrounded by soft breezes and colorful blossoms that created the dreamiest backdrop. The air was warm, the light was golden, and the joy between these two was contagious.
But what really made this session unforgettable? A very bold, very curious crow who decided he had to be part of the shoot. 😂🐦
The Crow Who Tried to Steal the Spotlight
I’ve seen a lot in my 20+ years photographing couples in the DC area — but this was a first! Toward the end of the session, this crow kept following us and even swooping into the frame like he was auditioning for a guest role in their love story. It added such a fun (and funny) twist to the session, and we all had the best time laughing about our feathered photobomber.
Disney Details: The Groom’s Socks Had a Starring Role
One of the sweetest parts of this session was seeing how much the groom brought himself into it — especially with his Disney-themed shirt and socks!
