Tara and Christopher tied the knot at the Willard Hotel in DC. It was a cold winter afternoon but this intimate wedding was filled with the warmth of close family. Tara’s veil was ornate, cathedral length and was worn by her mother on her wedding day. The bouquet was beautifully designed with jewels of blue and purple throughout. There were themes of peacock feathers throughout the decor and on the cake. Tara and Christopher had planned to be married at the War Memorial but due to the frigid weather, chose to take pictures there and return to the hotel for their intimate ceremony.
